our bounty from the farmer's market

i'm feeling very quiet this morning. i've very much enjoyed waking up to the light, but it is difficult for me to stay up once the sun goes down. i've also been cooking a lot. on monday night, we had the most delicious autumn soup with maple oat bread. i have a new obsession with kale, too.

i hope your wednesday treats you well. my mom is coming into town tomorrow night so i have a lot to do until she gets here. it's going to be a great visit!

love,
natalie

i will see you soon though, so it's all good. i wish i had the time to make it out there before thanksgiving, but, it may have to wait until next semester : /

Natalie, I really think you could be a professional still-life photographer. These photos are so good.

I second Luke's comment. Those pictures are great, and it's really neat that the lighting in your house is so special.

I loving kale lately too. I just might have to run out and pick some up for this eve.
