I made this tonight with frozen blueberries and cherries. We are participating in October Unprocessed so I subbed honey (used 1/2 C) for the brown sugar and used all wheat flour. The topping was a little more cakey than crumbly, probably due to the wetness of the honey, but tasted delicious and hit the spot for a sweetish treat. Thanks!

I love oatmeal crisp too. I recently made a recipe that included 1/2 cup of peanut butter stirred into the oatmeal mix. It was amazing!! Give it a try!!

Thanks a million for this crispy recipe... I added loads of cinnamon to compensate for the cool temperatures outside here in continental Europe... It almost smells like Christmas!!!
